Transmission line poles and towers
Transmission line poles and towers are tower structures used to support and raise overhead conductors, lightning rods and other accessories, so that conductors and conductors, poles and towers, conductors and lightning rods, and conductors on the ground or across objects to maintain a specified safe distance from the towering structure.According to the purposes are: tension tower, straight tower, corner tower, transposition tower (replacement of wire phase position tower), terminal tower and spanning tower.

The Steel tubular pole: Through traditional technology and advanced technology and with the help of multiple advanced machines, we have developed advanced steel tubular poles. Varying from 10kV to 220kV, type and application scope of steel tube poles from the Company are wide, including pole types of single-circuit and double-circuits overhead lines. The Company owns two manufacturing workshops and the annual output can be 36,000t. The Company frequently provides a reliable solution for basic specification of steel tubular pole, special crossarm requirement and configuration of multiple accessories. The Company has obtained rich production experience in the challenging production field of steel tubular poles over years, so as to meet needs under conditions of various geological landforms and wind speeds.
The Company owns an advanced management system. Transmission line poles and towers are tower structures used to support and raise overhead conductors, lightning rods and otheraccessories, so that conductors and conductors, poles and towers, conductors and lightning rods, and conductors on the ground oracross objects to maintain a specified safe distance from the towering structure.According to the purposes are: tension tower,straight tower, corner tower, transposition tower (replacement of wire phase position tower), terminal tower and spanning tower.
Features:
1. Various towers are space frame structure. Bars are composed of single equilateral angle steel or combination of angle steel.
2. The materials are generally Q235, Q345 and Q420. The connection between the bars is crude bolt.
3. Hot dip galvanized anti-corrosion. Very convenient for transportation and construction erection.
4. We set foot nails on one of main legs to facilitate the construction workers to climb onto the tower for operation.
Steel Grade.
1. High strength low alloy structural steel: Q420B which is equivalent with ASTM Gr60
2.High strength low alloy structural steels: Q355B which is equivalent with ASTM Gr50 or S355JR
3. Carbon Structural Steel: Q235B which is equivalent with ASTM A36 or S235JR

Packaging Details: 1.Standard package suitable for sea transportation: Surface protection with cloth and outer bundling with metal belt.
