Transmission line poles and towers
Transmission line poles and towers are tower structures used to support and raise overhead conductors, lightning rods and other accessories, so that conductors and conductors, poles and towers, conductors and lightning rods, and conductors on the ground or across objects to maintain a specified safe distance from the towering structure.According to the purposes are: tension tower, straight tower, corner tower, transposition tower (replacement of wire phase position tower), terminal tower and spanning tower.
Electric power towers are steel structures that maintain a certain safe distance between the supporting conductors and the conductors and ground buildings in transmission lines. According to their shapes, they are generally divided into five types: wine glass type power towers, cat head type power towers, upper shaped power towers, and dry shaped bucket type power towers. According to their uses, they are divided into tension type power towers, straight shaped power towers, corner shaped power towers, and transposition type power towers (for changing the phase position of conductors) Terminal power towers and cross over power towers, among others, have various tower types that belong to inter truss structures. The members are mainly composed of single equilateral angle steel or composite angle steel, and the materials are generally Q235 (A3F) and Q345 (16Mn). The connections between the members are made of rough bolts, which are connected by shear force. The entire tower is composed of angle steel, connecting steel plates, and bolts. Some components, such as tower legs, are welded into a combination of several steel plates, Therefore, hot-dip galvanizing is extremely convenient for anti-corrosion, transportation, and construction installation. For iron towers with a height of less than 60m, set foot nails on one of the main materials of the tower to facilitate construction workers to climb the tower.
Lattice Towers
A transmission tower is a structure set up for the purpose of transmitting and receiving power, radio, telecommunication, electrical, television and other electromagnetic signals. Transmission towers can be separately identified as electric towers or cellular phone towers depending on the purpose they serve. Lattice towers are the workhorse of the world's electric grid. Just mention lattice towers, and images of angles, plates and fasteners first come to mind. Every tower we create has to meet your specifications and your customers' expectations.

Features:
1. Various towers are space frame structure. Bars are composed of single equilateral angle steel or combination of angle steel.
2. The materials are generally Q235, Q345 and Q420. The connection between the bars is crude bolt.
3. Hot dip galvanized anti-corrosion. Very convenient for transportation and construction erection.
4. We set foot nails on one of main legs to facilitate the construction workers to climb onto the tower for operation.
Steel Grade.
1. High strength low alloy structural steel: Q420B which is equivalent with ASTM Gr60
2.High strength low alloy structural steels: Q355B which is equivalent with ASTM Gr50 or S355JR
3. Carbon Structural Steel: Q235B which is equivalent with ASTM A36 or S235JR
