Square Tubular Shaft Helical Pier
*Available in 2", 2.5", 3" or 4" square tube
*helices thickness are available in 3/8" and 1/2" inch
*Helices material conform to ASTM A36 hot rolled plate
*All helix leading edges sharpened and rock-cut and 45 degrees.
*Corrosion protection to conform to ASTM A153 standard for hot dipped zinc coating
*Square Tube eliminated over-torquing concerns associated with pipe-style helical
*Efficient torque transfer
*Clear visual indicator of torsional deflection
Composition:
- A round hollow shaft 2 3/8″ thru 12 ¾" O.D. typical.
- Circular tapered plates (helices) are welded to the center of the shaft.
- Helix diameters can range between 6″ - 48″ with a thickness of 3/8″ - 1″.
- Helix pitch will range from 3″ - 6″.
- Hot dipped galvanized per ASTM A123 or bare steel options available
- Coupling bolts are heavy hex bolt as per ASTM A325
- All welding to be done by welders certified of the AWS CODE D1.1

The MOQ for square sign post is 11000lbs for each size, for u channel post is 22000lbs for each size. You can mix different sizes of posts to make up a full container. If you want to know the MOQ for other products, please feel free to contact us.
4. How long is your lead time?
Usually our production time for one container goods is about 5 to 6 weeks, and the shipping time depends on your place of delivery.
